Using the service
The tool imports available comments from supported public posts and selects winners using the rules you choose. Review the post, comment limit, price and rules before confirming. Reported comment counts can differ from comments available for retrieval.
Organizer responsibilities
You are responsible for your promotion, prize, eligibility rules, announcements and fulfillment. Required account mentions check comment content; they do not verify that participants follow an account. This service is not sponsored or administered by Instagram or PayPal.
Prices and access
Prices and included limits are shown before payment. Each purchase retains its agreed amount and comment limit. A purchase covers the described import and access period, rather than unlimited fresh data retrieval.
Service failures and refunds
Refunds are approved only after we confirm that an error or another service failure prevented us from delivering the promised service, such as an application crash or comments failing to import. We review the request and available service records before approving it. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. A successfully delivered service is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. You can retry a failed import without paying again. If the retry succeeds, the active refund request is cancelled; completed refunds disable further use of that purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Results and replacements
A reveal animation does not determine or change the saved random result. Redraws create separate saved results. Replacing a winner with an ordered substitute preserves the original draw and records a reason. A public draw record is a service record, not independent certification.
Recovery and acceptable use
Keep your recovery code private: it grants access to your giveaways. Do not use the service to access private content without permission, impersonate others, abuse payment or recovery functions, or publish unlawful material.
Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
Import limits and participant checks
We import available top-level comments up to the purchased limit; replies are excluded. Repeated copies of the same comment are saved once. This is different from separate comments written by the same person, which your entry rules control. An Instagram count difference alone does not prove an import failed. We do not guarantee access to deleted, private or otherwise unavailable content. Required follows must be checked by the organizer unless explicitly marked as verified.
Payment provider terms
Purchases through Paddle are also subject to its buyer terms and refund policy. Those terms and mandatory consumer rights are not limited by our service-failure refund policy. Your checkout and receipt identify the payment provider and final amount, including applicable taxes. This service currently sells one-time imports, not recurring subscriptions.
To request a refund, use My giveaways or contact support with your purchase or refund reference and a description of the problem. We review service records to confirm a failure prevented delivery. Do not include card details or your recovery code. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider; processing time depends on that provider and your bank.
Availability and responsibility
Imports may continue in the background while your browser is closed. Provider outages, network interruptions and maintenance may delay delivery. Optional emails are a convenience, not a guarantee of inbox delivery; check My giveaways for status. You remain responsible for lawful promotion rules, participant eligibility and prize delivery. We do not guarantee a particular winner or commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Content and service access
You retain any rights you have in your content and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide the service. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. Do not resell access, circumvent safeguards or misrepresent results. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use; this does not remove applicable refund or consumer rights. Giveaway Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
Contact, changes and disputes
Contact support first so we can investigate a problem. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date and will not retroactively change the agreed price or limit of a purchase. Applicable law and dispute forum: [to be confirmed once the legal operator is identified]. Mandatory protections in your country remain unaffected.
